Vue de monde's private dining rooms offer a number of versatile options. As with the main dining room, menus for private dining are based on our Menu Gourmand, a degustation style of dining. Special requests and dietary requirements are accommodated and vegetarians well catered for enjoying a degustation menu of their own. The ultimate expression of the Dom Pérignon room is ‘The Dom Pérignon Experience’. This premium offering includes Dom Pérignon Vintage Blanc on arrival, the Gastronomes menu with matching wines and Dom Pérignon Rosé to conclude. The price per person is $790. PricesMenu prices start at $100 for lunch and $200 for dinner. Special ingredients such as caviar, truffles, crayfish and wagyu beef can be added for a premium experience (market supplements apply). Room hire, tea, coffee and petit fours are included in the menu price. Please note, menu prices may vary where a minimum spend applies. Food & wine matchingFor the true food and wine matching experience our sommelier can match wine with each course (charged at a price per person), alternatively a selection of wines to be served throughout the meal can be chosen from our extensive wine list (these are charged on a consumption basis). The Dom Pérignon Private Dining Room offers the largest selection of Dom Pérignon ever seen in Australia. On offer is the recently released Vintage 2000, the Vintage Rosé 1996 and OEnothèque – a collection of the oldest and rarest vintages of Dom Pérignon exclusively reserved in the cellars of the Abbey of Hautvillers. The current OEnothèque vintages available include 1966, 1976, 1983 and 1992. |
